From Cracolândia to Mauá Ocuppy, passing through the story of the ‘Polish of Bom Retiro’, Retiro Retratos was built with confessions of those who live in the neighborhood, forgotten stories, streets to be explored, images, sounds and colors that live in the same environment revealing the neighborhood far beyond of its commercial vocation, reporting its complexities and externalizing the human conflicts that surpass its urban structures.

Retiro Retratos was developed in 6 days at the Hackaton Webdoc Bom Retiro, a creation workshop idealized and coordinated by documentarists Marina Thomé e Marcia Mansur realized by Oficina Cultural Oswald de Andrade, in partnership with Instituto Bixiga and production of Estúdio Crua.
